What to know
- Residence card — The application goes to the voivodeship office for your place of stay. Helpers take on the document set and the appointment — but the decision is the voivode’s.
- Sworn translation — Foreign documents are accepted only in a sworn translator’s version.
- Booking an appointment — Slots can be weeks ahead, and booking is sold as a service in its own right.

No. The decision belongs to the voivode, not to the person helping with the papers. We remove listings that promise a guarantee.
Why is a sworn translation needed?
Documents issued abroad are accepted only in a sworn translator’s version. An ordinary translation will not do.
